Augeo Sells Financial Institution Loyalty Business Unit for $140 Million
ST. PAUL, Minn. — (September 26, 2018) — Augeo announced today that it has completed the sale of its financial institution loyalty business unit to investment funds affiliated with Lightyear Capital LLC, a New York-based private equity firm investing in financial services companies.
A longstanding leader in customer, member and employee engagement solutions, Augeo has delivered double-digit growth each year for over a decade and continues to serve more than 300 clients outside of financial institution loyalty.

Glendale, AZ – Serving military members and veterans is foundational to Credit Union West, which was established in 1951 as Luke Federal Credit Union and founded on Luke Air Force Base (AFB). A Call Center Agent is responsible for providing support to external customers via phone or electronic (e-mail/Chat) contact. A Call Center Agent supports the external customers who participate in Reward Programs sponsored by Augeo FI clients. Augeo FI is a 24-hour call center.
Augeo FI is developing a new position to expand its reporting and analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will have a Computer Science or Engineering degree and 1+ years of relevant experience. This position will analyze credit and debit card portfolios for client Financial Institutions as well as creating and marinating dashboards using Tableau.
In this role, the Implementation Specialist will not only be an individual contributor, but also collaborate on less complex implementations. The Implementation Specialist should be able to have a high degree of initiative, creativity and troubleshooting skills, coordinate new implementations and promotions, coordinate with team members on integration projects, apply principles, processes and tools of quality management to work and actively participate in a Scrum team that focuses on delivering customer implementations.

The part-time intern is considered an integral part of the Marketing department and as such their contributions and dedication to this exciting internship will be highly valued. The intern will need to have intermediate knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
The Ops Engineer II must be a customer service-oriented IT Professional with a solid understanding of the latest operating systems and hardware as well as be able to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be responsible to triage and manage support calls and ticketing queue. A key quality to success in this position is to have a can-do attitude while taking ownership of opportunities.
Augeo FI is looking for a Software Engineer that solves problems with solid reusable components built on well known patterns. Has the ability to produce clean, dry code on aggressive timelines and the drive to constantly look for ways to improve their craft and mentor others on the same.
Augeo FI is seeking a Senior Account Manager who proactively engages team members towards completion of project activities and is resourceful in supporting the account management team while driving results to manage projects successfully. Candidate will be able to manage and expand business relationships with targeted clients as well as develop and implement strategy, sales plan and forecasts for overall business development, sales and account management.
