Augeo Sells Financial Institution Loyalty Business Unit for $140 Million
ST. PAUL, Minn. — (September 26, 2018) — Augeo announced today that it has completed the sale of its financial institution loyalty business unit to investment funds affiliated with Lightyear Capital LLC, a New York-based private equity firm investing in financial services companies.
A longstanding leader in customer, member and employee engagement solutions, Augeo has delivered double-digit growth each year for over a decade and continues to serve more than 300 clients outside of financial institution loyalty.

Glendale, AZ – Serving military members and veterans is foundational to Credit Union West, which was established in 1951 as Luke Federal Credit Union and founded on Luke Air Force Base (AFB). The tradition of serving the military continues today, earning them the distinction of being named the Air Force Credit Union of the Year in 2018, the highest possible award for an on-Base financial institution.

Augeo FI is currently seeking an Account Manager that manages and expands business relationships with targeted clients. They will be able to develop and implement strategy, sales plan and forecasts for overall business development.
A Call Center Agent is responsible for providing support to external customers via phone or electronic (e-mail/Chat) contact. A Call Center Agent supports the external customers who participate in Reward Programs sponsored by Augeo FI clients. Augeo FI is a 24-hour call center.
In this role, the Implementation Specialist will not only be an individual contributor, but also collaborate on less complex implementations. The Implementation Specialist should be able to have a high degree of initiative, creativity and troubleshooting skills, coordinate new implementations and promotions, coordinate with team members on integration projects, apply principles, processes and tools of quality management to work and actively participate in a Scrum team that focuses on delivering customer implementations.
The Junior Graphic Designer is an integral part of the Marketing Department and as such their contributions and dedication to this exciting role will be highly valued. The Junior Graphic Designer will need to possess 1-3 years of work experience and in a corporate setting while being able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high-volume workload. This person will be able to follow directions quickly, be equipped with current design trends and popular aesthetic and can work in a team environment but can also work independently.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you are an authority, familiar with all the data warehousing technical components, infrastructure, and their integration. You’ll analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems. You love the idea of being able to provide insight as well as presenting those insights. You are responsible for high level design/architecture. You are comfortable fostering relationships with internal business partners and other members of the development team.

The Ops Engineer II must be a customer service oriented IT Professional with a solid understanding of the latest operating systems and hardware as well as be able to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be responsible to triage and manage support calls and ticketing queue. A key quality to success in this position is to have a can-do attitude while taking ownership of opportunities.
